REDBAK WHEY is a uniquely amino balanced high quality 50/50 blend of Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) and Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), providing rapid and longer-term protein delivery for improved uptake and utilisation by the body. The 50/50 combination ensures fat and lactose are minimised while protein is optimised with instant and sustained release of amino acids. The WPI/WPC blend is naturally high in BCAA’s (Branch Chain Amino Acids) and is high in immune boosting immunoglobulin proteins to help with cellular and muscular repair and muscle growth.

REDBAK WHEY contains added 2g L-Glutamine, 1g Taurine, 18 key vitamins and minerals per serve to further assist muscle recovery and rebuild solid muscle. REDBAK WHEY is produced using a low heat treatment and low temperature spray drying process to protect the whey proteins from denaturation, ensuring they stay biologically active.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:  Mix 30g (1 SCOOP) with 200 – 250ml of water, milk (skim, low fat, full cream or soy) or juice as desired. Use more or less liquid for a thinner or thicker consistency.  For best mixing, use a shaker or electric blender.

REDBAK WHEY is best used 2-3 times a day, whenever a protein boost is needed. For enhanced muscle growth, combine with REDBAK WHEY with REDBAK CreapureTM Creatine or Power Stack before and after workouts. For enhanced recovery use with REDBAK Nitric Stack immediately after workouts.
